1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• Maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.
• Register only one (1) Account per person. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited.

betsoo88 reserves the right to verify the identity of any Player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents upon request may result in suspension of the Account and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betsoo88 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Deposits: Funds may be deposited via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods made available on the Platform from time to time. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. betsoo88 reserves the right to request identity documents, proof of address, and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

betsoo88 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are credited to your Account in accordance with the specific promotion terms and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.

• Bonuses have an expiry period as specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from your Account automatically.
• betsoo88 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or bonus winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.

8. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the betsoo88 Platform are subject to the following general rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• betsoo88 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time the bet was placed, or where a technical error resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and sports markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be adjusted by betsoo88 at any time.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or sporting event, the decision of betsoo88 shall be final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in these Terms.

• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing betsoo88 staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal, recreational gambling as permitted by these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

betsoo88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Funds deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
